Workshop Details

Workshops are two to four days long, depending on the topic. Classes take place primarily in the field. Participants should be prepared for light hiking on uneven terrain and in variable weather conditions. Some workshops also involve a small amount of time in the classroom, where students become familiar with terminology and botanical keys. Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each workshop. Our Wetland Flora Workshops count toward the fulfillment of "Professional Wetland Scientist" as set forth by the Society of Wetland Scientists.

Lodging

Participants are responsible for making reservations and paying for their own lodging. After registering for a course, you will receive an informational letter with more details about food and lodging, as well as other aspects of the course.

*The printable registration form is formatted as a Portable Document Format (pdf) file. A free viewer for pdf files, Adobe Acrobat, is available from the Adobe web site.
